Hello Everyone!
Today I would like to share with you a Quilled Project I made for my scissors. This flower charm was made using 3/8" width quilling strips of paper. The edges of this particular paper are gilded to resemble gold. I quilled 10 Marquise with 12" long strips of paper. A tight circle for the center of the flower. An opened center tight circle to place at the top of the charm to hold the keychain.
