My Creative Time DT Thursday-"My One and Only" Stamp Set

Good  morning and welcome to another one of My Creative Time's DT Thursdays.  All I have to say is WOWEEE!!!! The stamp set that I used for this project is Fantastic! Emma you truly Rocked at it again!!!  I used the sentiments from one of My Creative Time's newest released called "My One and Only"...so many ideas kept racing through my head using these stamps.  Here's one of those ideas, a box with a set of 4 cards....check it out!

Faith Hope & Love
This little box was made using an 81/2 X 11 piece of Cardstock.  Scored at 2" and 6" on the sides and then 4" and 6".  The Border is from an EK Success Edge punch.

I made different types of Quilling Pieces and used different Sentiments from the "My One and Only" Stamp Set.  I also used Gems from Recollections

Here's a picture from top so you can see how the set of cards fit perfectly inside.  The Banner stamp on this set is so Over the Top!

Don't forget to stop by the Awesome Team Member's Blogs and leave them some love!

Pinwheel Baby Shower Favors!

Hello Everyone! Today I just wanted to share with you the Baby Shower Party Favors I made for my Sister in law's Baby Shower.  My brother is thrilled since it's a Boy and they will be naming this new addition to the family Caleb...I love that name.  I am loving Pinwheels right now and this is what I came up with.  I bought the Candy Sticks at Michael's, I found these in the Baby Shower section.  I cut the Pinwheel from the  Cricut Mother's Day 2010 Cartridge.  I also cut the Onsie from the Cricut New Arrival Cart.  The labels were made using Avery return address labels.  I used yellow and green polka dot ribbon and mini wooden clothes pins to hold the onsie.  I put them all in Yellow tin pails I bought at a discount store for .99c.  Take a look and let me know what you think...

Here are the  Happy Parent's To Be..and you can also see the buckets I used to placed the Pinwheels.
 See you next time!

Pinwheel Card and Thoughts and Prayers for Emma and Family

Good morning Everyone and welcome to another project.  Today's post is a project I had created for Emma's Design Team Thursday.  Unfortunately you might of might not know that Emma and Family are going through a very difficult time a the moment due to a health related issue with her husband Aaron.  Please click HERE to read her post.  I strongly believe in the power of Prayer and my prayers are that Emma and family find comfort and that her husband recovers soon.
Here's the card I made, lately I have been into making Pinwheels.  I think they are so much fun and add a special touch to any creation.  I used My Creative Time's "Turn That Frown Upside Down" Stamp set.  Let me know what you think.
...And of course I had to Incorporate Quilling in some way....:)
The recipient can also enjoy this little Pinwheel as a souvenir.

See you next time!
