CHA Chicago 2012 and a Project!

Hello, hello! Happy Tuesday to all.  I am so excited to show you some pics from my CHA Chicago trip.  I was thrilled to have been able to attend this year.  It was my very first show and I had a blast.  Meeting designers and crafty peeps was the highlight of my trip.  Unfortunately I did not buy anything but was able to do make-and-takes and also took a class on Banners and Swags. Here's a picture of a project I worked on last week before I went on my trip.  My basement is almost finished and I've been making a few picture frames to decorate my walls down there.  Let me know what you think.

This is my Project for today.  This was a $1 unfinished frame from Michael's, I painted it with Martha Stewart's Magnetic Paint and then top coated it with brown paint.  I made magnets with my Itop.   I used the DCWV Preppy Princess Stack.  Bird Punch from SU and last but not least Quilled a few flowers with branches.
The pictures are of my 3 1/2 yr old Daughter Macie.

Tim Holtz and I...(don't we make a cute couple! LOL)

Jinger and I..Her Paper and Embellishment collections are Amazing!

My Bestie Jess from Kinderstampo and I

Vicky and I were in Emma's first Design team.

Tanner and I were also in Emma's first Design Team

This is at the Craft Wars Viewing Party.  These ladies rocked! and won the prize.

Hope you enjoyed my post today.  I will be back with more later on this week.

Thank you for stopping by.

Quilled Hugs!
